1.  Indian Kino Tree - It has a component namely “Marsupsin” which inhibit long term complication of type II diabetes mellitus by lowering both fasting and postprandial Blood Sugar with no profound side effects.

   Gurmar- It has primary active component called gymnemic acid. It blocks the sugar receptors on the tongue, decreasing your ability to sweetness. This can lead to reduce sugar craving. It has anti-diabetic & anti-oxidant properties and it lowers the blood sugar levels after a meal. It also appears to contribute to favorable insulin levels by increasing insulin production and regenerating insulin-secreting islet cells. Both helps in lowering blood sugar levels.
